Overview: Professionals working in trauma‑exposed environments are often trained to care deeply for others while overlooking the impact of chronic stress and trauma exposure on their own nervous systems. This live, non‑clinical Learning Lab offers a practical, trauma‑informed framework for understanding nervous system strain, distinguishing between activation and dysregulation, and learning simple, realistic tools to support regulation. Participants will leave with concrete strategies they can use immediately to support focus, judgment, and sustainability in high‑demand professional settings.
